摘要
目的合理利用有限的护理人力资源,为病人提供更优质、高效、人性化的护理服务。方法将目前病区固定床位30张分为2组,每组设1名组长(责任护士)全程负责所管病人的健康教育、治疗和护理工作。分组护理的时间是8∶00～17∶30。夜班因护士编制暂未实施分组护理。结果实施分组护理前后平均每天输液呼叫铃声次数、应铃到位时间经t检验,病人对疾病知识知晓率和对护理服务满意度经χ2检验,均有显著性差异(P<0.001或P<0.05),分组护理后护理效果优于分组护理前。结论分组护理体现以人为本的人性化护理服务理念,改善了护患关系,提高了住院病人对疾病的认识,从而提高了护理质量和病人满意度。
Objective Using limited nursing people resources to give patients a high-quality, effective and humanized nursing service. Methods 30 sickbeds in a ward were divided into two groups and a duty nurse was assigned in every group to be responsible for managing the health instruction, treatment and nursing of patients in her group. The working-time of group nursing was 8：00～17：00 and did not include night duty. Results By t test or X^2 test, there were significant differences before and after group nursing in the average calling-ring times of injection and answer time as well as in knowing rate for disease and satisfactory rate of nursing service. The nursing effect after group nursing was better than before group nursing. Conclusions Group nursing represents humanized nursing conception, and improves patient-nurse relationship, and increased patients＇ knowledge on disease, so enhances nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction.
