摘要
目的探究内科护理管理中实施多维度护士长考核体系的临床应用价值及对护理管理质量的影响。方法遴选该院护士长30名作为研究对象,根据多维度护士长考核体系的实行时间为界,2020年5—10月为实行前、2020年11月—2021年4月为实行后;于管理前后对护士长开展考核,评估护理质量。结果护士长管理后(观察组)民主测评、理论考核、指标考核成绩较管理前均显著高,同时考勤、护理质量与安全、患者评价、人员培训、学术、工作量、质控、活动考核成绩明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士长管理后资料上报率(93.33%)、培训落实率(96.67%)、患者满意度(86.67%)较管理前(70.00%、80.00%、63.33%)明显高,而不良事件发生率(3.33%)、护理投诉率(6.67%)较管理前(23.33%、26.67%)显著低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多维度护士长考核体系的实行可明显提高内科护理管理质量,通过护士长考核体系的量化,便于其及早发现问题并积极干预,实现护理部管理者及护士长自身的不断完善,进而提高综合能力,建立一支高质量的护理团队,同时降低医院不良事件的发生率及投诉率,获取更高的满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of implementing a multi-dimensional head nurse assessment system in internal medicine nursing management and its impact on the quality of nursing management.Methods 30 head nurses in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the implementation time of the multi-dimensional head nurse assessment system,they were divided into the front and back of nursing management.May to October 2020 was before the implementation,and November 2020 to April 2021 was after the implementation.Assessed the head nurse before and after management to assess the quality of care.Results The results of democratic evaluation,theoretical evaluation,and index evaluation after the management of the head nurse were significantly higher than those before the management.At the same time,the performance of attendance,nursing quality and safety,patient evaluation,personnel training,academic,workload,quality,and activity assessment was significantly higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the management of the head nurse,the report rate(93.33%),the training implementation(96.67%)and patient satisfaction(86.67%)were significantly higher than those before the management(70.00%,80.00%,63.33%),and adverse events occurrence rate(3.33%)and nursing complaint rate(6.67%)were significantly lower than those before management(23.33%,26.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a multi-dimensional head nurse assessment system can significantly improve the quality of medical nursing management.Through the quantification of the head nurse assessment system,it is convenient for them to find problems early and actively intervene,so as to realize the continuous improvement of the nursing department managers and the head nurses themselves,improve the comprehensive ability and establish a high-quality nursing team.At the same time,the occurrence of adverse events and complaint rate in hospitals
