粉体喂料3D打印机喷头装置的温度分析及优化设计 被引量:9

摘要 采用三维(3D)软件SolidWorks绘制了喷头装置的模型,并导入到有限元分析软件Ansys的热力学分析模块中设定喷头装置的热边界,得到了喷头装置的温度分布;为缩小喷嘴装置的温度和熔体温度的温差,在喷嘴处增加了一个环形的加热电阻,同时对喷嘴装置的结构进行了优化设计,并进行了实验验证。结果表明,实验验证了有限元分析软件Ansys的可靠性,且优化后的喷嘴装置具有更好的实用性。 To improve the forming accuracy of 3D printers,a model of nozzle devices was drawn by the 3D printing innovation center of Qingdao University of Science Technology using the 3D SolidWorks software.The resulting model was imported into the thermodynamic analysis module of the Ansys software for finite element analysis.As a result,the thermal boundary of the nozzle device was set,and its temperature distribution was obtained.In order to reduce the temperature difference between the nozzle and melt temperature,an annular heating resistor was installed in the nozzle,and the nozzle structure was optimized.Moreover,an experimental verification was also carried out.The experimental results confirmed that the analysis by the Ansys software was reliable,and the nozzle device had better practicability after optimization.
