简要论述了某选矿厂矿浆分配生产过程中存在的冒矿、堵塞、作业率低等问题,详细介绍了常用的矿浆分配设备的结构及各自存在的缺点,重点分析了旋塞型矿浆分配装置的结构特点及技术优势与创新,并得到成功的生产实践,适用在金属、非金属矿山的矿浆分配作业中推广应用。
The paper illustrates overflowing,blocking,low operating rate,and other problems during slurry distribution in one concentrator,details the structure of normal slurry distributors and their disadvantages,and analyzes the structure characteristics of plug type slurry distributor and its technical advantages and innovation,which has been successfully applied to production practices and thus spread in slurry distribution in metallic and nonmetallic mines.
