摘要
高压断路器(配液压操动机构)应具有防止液压机构失压后断路器慢分的功能。断路器防慢分措施有两个方面:一方面是液压机构中液压系统的液压防慢分;另一方面是针对断路器的机械防慢分。文中介绍后者。文中介绍了高压断路器机械防慢分装置的设计及试制。对断路器的传动系统进行了分析,论述了断路器机械防慢分装置的结构和动作原理、输出力值及应力和变形量计算,按此方法设计的机械防慢分装置随断路器进行了操作试验验证,确保了断路器没有出现慢分现象。
High voltage circuit breaker(with hydraulic operating mechanism)should have the function of preventingthe circuit breaker slow switching after the hydraulic mechanism is lost. Measures of prevention has two aspects,oneis hydraulic anti slow switching for hydraulic mechanism,the other is mechanical anti slow switching for high voltagecircuit breaker. This paper introduces the latter,the high voltage circuit breaker mechanical anti slow switching de-vice design and manufacture. The transmission system analysis of high voltage circuit breaker is analyzed,the circuitbreaker mechanical anti slow switching structure and theory as well as the output force and stress calculation and de-formation calculation are discussed. The mechanical anti slow switching device designed according to this method isverified by the operation test of the circuit breaker,which ensures that the circuit breaker does not appear the phe-nomenon of slow switching.
