摘要
针对熔融沉积成型(FDM)3D打印机耗材选择范围有限、出丝不均、材料挤出不稳定、喷头堵塞及制品精度难控制等问题,在现有3D打印成型原理及结构分析的基础上,根据双螺杆挤压成型原理,设计了一种新型螺杆挤出式3D打印成型设备喷头,建立其三维模型,运用有限元分析的方法,研究了喷头结构的热量分布规律,对其温度场做了仿真分析。分析结果表明,熔体与喷嘴之间的温差较小,热流道温度分布均匀,喷头系统的热量损失少,因此物料可稳定连续化挤出,从而说明该新型喷头结构设计合理。
In view of problems of fused deposition modeling(FDM)three-dimensional(3D)printers,including the limited selection of consumables,uneven yarn output,unstable material extrusion,nozzle clogging and difficult control of product precision,on the basis of the analysis of the existing 3D printing principle and structure,according to the principle of twin-screw extrusion molding,a new type of screw-extrusion 3D printing molding machine nozzle was designed,and its three-dimensional model was established.The heat distribution law of the nozzle structure was studied by finite element analysis.The temperature field was simulated and analyzed.The analysis results show that the temperature difference between the melt and the nozzle is small,the temperature distribution of the hot runner is uniform,and the heat loss of the nozzle system is small,so the material can be stably and continuously extruded,which shows that the structure design of the new nozzle is reasonable.
