临床路径式教学法在肾内科临床教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究在肾内科临床实习教学中运用临床路径法的可行性,并评价其效果。方法将80名护理本科实习生随机分为两组,实验组和对照组,实验组实施临床路径教学法,对照组采用传统的教学方式,对两组进行教学评价考核。结果实验组的综合成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对教学方法满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护患沟通能力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学法在肾内科临床实习教学中可行,可提高护生综合成绩及满意度,加强了护患沟通能力。 Objective To study the feasibility of applying clinical pathway method in clinical practice teaching of nephrology and to evaluate its efect. Methods 80 undergraduate nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group implemented the clinical pathway teaching method. The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, and the two groups were evaluated and evaluated. Results The results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction of teaching methods was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The communication ability of nurses and patients was better than that of the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method is feasible in the clinical practice teaching of nephrology, which can improve the comprehensive performance and satisfaction of nursing students, and strengthen the communication ability of nursing students.
