摘要 目的 临床路径应用于呼吸科护理临床教学的实践和效果观察.方法 将2018年1-12月间在该院呼吸科参加实习的112名护理专业实习生,按照入科先后时间将其划分为观察组与对照组各56名,观察组采取临床路径带教模式,对照组采取常规教学模式,评价两组理论与实践考核结果、实习生对教学模式的满意度.结果 观察组实习生理论考核评分(92.16±2.02)分,高于对照组(83.65±4.10)分;观察组操作考核评分(91.20±3.26)分,高于对照组(84.02±3.02)分(P<0.05).观察组实习生对教学模式满意度96.43%,高于对照组75.00%(P<0.05).结论 呼吸科护理临床教学中应用临床路径模式可提高实习生理论与操作能力,提高满意度. Objective The clinical practice and effect observation of clinical pathway applied in clinical teaching of nursing of respiratory department.Methods A total of 112 nursing interns who participated in the internship in the respiratory department of the hospital from January to December 2018 were divided into observation group and control group 56 each according to the time of admission.The observation group adopted the clinical path teaching model.The control group adopted the conventional teaching model to evaluate the theoretical and practical assessment results and the satisfaction of the trainees with the teaching model.Results The theoretical assessment score of the trainees in the observation group was(92.16±2.02)points,which was higher than that of the control group(83.65±4.10)points.The operation assessment score of the observation group was(91.20±3.26)points,which was higher than the control group(84.02±3.02)points(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the intern group in the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than the 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical pathway model in clinical teaching of nursing of respiratory department can improve the theory and operation ability of interns and increase their satisfaction.
