摘要
在高等教育中,知识生产和再生产从历史合一到现实分离,对基于多元学术理论的学术性教学提出了日益迫切的要求。为此,大学应以理性精神为价值内核,将学科专业学术研究和教学专业学术研究整合进学科专业教育教学活动中,使之转化成为一种持续的反思性实践,因应和促进高教体系及师资结构的有序分化和竞争性协作,实现大学不同学术活动方式的技术突破,提升人才培养模式的学术内涵。
In the history of higher education, the production and reproduction of knowl edge has undergone a transformation from harmony to separation. This transformation put forward more and more urgent demands for scholarly teaching, based on the theory of multi scholarship. Therefore, the university should emphasize the value of rational spirit, make teaching a kind of reflective practice by integrating scholarly research on discipline and teach- ing. On this basis, the university could adjust the differentiation and competitive cooperation of higher education system, innovate scholarly activities, and ultimately enhance the aca- demic attribute of talent cultivation mode.
