摘要
实用性效率是电子资源是否适合高校各专业应用的关键因素。文章应用动态网络DEA,结合高校图书馆的特性,建立了电子资源实用性效率评价指标体系,构建了动态网络DEA模型。运用网络DEA的方法,对天津医科大学图书馆所购买的6个外文电子资源在6个不同学科中的实用性效率进行评价,并对图书馆在今后电子资源构建及推广方面提出了相关的建议。
Utility efficiency is the key factor for the application of electronic resource in colleges and universities. Based on the characteristics of university library, this paper established the evaluation index system for utility efficiency of elec- tronic resource, and constructed the dynamic network DEA model based on DEA. By using the method of network DEA, it evaluated the utility efficiency of purchased 6 foreign electronic resouree in 6 different subjects in Tianjin Medical University, and gave the relevant suggestions for library＇s electronic resource construction and promotion in the future.
