摘要
目的观察生长激素(GH)联合17β-雌二醇(E_2)治疗薄型子宫内膜的疗效及对子宫内膜下螺旋动脉血流情况的影响。方法选取医院2014年3月至2016年3月收治的薄型子宫内膜患者126例,按随机数字表法分为联合组与对照组,各63例。联合组予以GH联合17β-E_2方案治疗,对照组仅予以17β-E_2治疗。结果治疗10 d后,两组患者子宫内膜厚度(ET)、子宫内膜容积(EV)水平均较治疗前显著上升,且联合组明显高于对照组同期(P<0.05);子宫螺旋动脉搏动指数(PI)、血流阻力指数(RI)、收缩期末与舒张期末最高血流速率比值(S/D)水平均较治疗前显著下降,且联合组明显低于对照组同期(P<0.05);联合组临床妊娠率明显高于对照组(46.03%比20.63%,P<0.05)。结论 GH联合17β-E_2可有效改善薄型子宫内膜患者的子宫内膜厚度及临床结局。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of growth hormone（ GH） combined with 17β-estradiol（ E_2） in the treatment of thin endometrium and its effect on endometrial spiral artery blood flow condition. Methods Totally 126 patients with thin endometrium admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into the combined group and the control group according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group. The combined group was treated with GH combined with 17β-E_2,while the control group was treated with 17β-E_2 only. Results After 10 d of treatment,the levels of endometrial thickness（ ET）and endometrial volume（ EV） in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the same time period（ P 0. 05）. The levels of uterine spiral artery pulsatility index（ PI）,resistance index（ RI）,the radio of systolic end peak blood flow velocity and diastolic end peak blood flow velocity（ S/D） were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time period（ P 0. 05）. The clinical pregnancy rate in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ 46. 03% vs. 20. 63%,P 0. 05）. Conclusion GH combined with 17β-E_2 can effectively improve the endometrial thickness and clinical outcome of patients with thin endometrium.
