摘要
生长激素(GH)在促进卵泡生长发育、成熟,改善卵巢对促性腺激素(Gn)的反应性,提高卵母细胞及胚胎质量,提高子宫内膜容受性进而提高受孕率等方面具有显著作用,因此被广泛应用于体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)技术。GH常被用于改善高龄、卵巢储备不足、卵巢反应不良及反复移植失败患者的妊娠结局。本文系统总结了GH在IVF-ET技术中应用的研究进展及外源性添加GH的最佳时机和剂量。
Growth hormone(GH)is widely used in in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET)because it can promote the growth and maturation of follicles,improve the ovarian response to gonadotropin(Gn),improve the quality of oocytes and embryos,improve endometrial receptivity and the pregnancy rate.It is often used to improve the pregnancy outcome of patients with advanced age,insufficient ovarian reserve,poor ovarian response and repeated implantation failure.In this paper,the application of growth hormone in IVF-ET and the optimal time and dosage of exogenous growth hormone were reviewed.
