子宫内膜微创术对薄型子宫内膜容受性的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的观察子宫内膜微创术对薄型子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法选择用子宫内膜微创术治疗的薄型子宫内膜不孕患者15例,分别在手术前、后经阴道超声测定排卵日子宫内膜的厚度和分型,排卵后第7天(植入窗期)行子宫内膜活检,免疫组织化学SP法检测子宫内膜整合素αvβ3和骨桥蛋白(OPN)的表达情况。结果子宫内膜微创术前、术后子宫内膜厚度分别为(6.66±0.93)、(8.63±1.76)mm,术后明显厚于术前(P<0.05);子宫内膜微创术后的子宫内膜分型无明显改善(P>0.05);术前子宫内膜整合素αvβ3和OPN表达的光密度(OD)值为0.175±0.018、0.171±0.015,术后分别为0.248±0.011和0.282±0.010。与术前相比,术后植入窗期子宫内膜整合素αvβ3和OPN的表达均明显升高(P均<0.01)。结论子宫内膜微创术可显著增加薄型子宫内膜厚度,促进子宫内膜整合素αvβ3和OPN的表达,改善子宫内膜容受性。
