摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜微创术对体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妇女的妊娠结局的影响。方法选取行体外受精/单精子胞浆内注射(IVF/ICSI)治疗的妇女,均采用长方案降调。根据是否行内膜微创术分为研究组77例,在降调后月经来潮1-3d,行内膜微创手术,对照组63例未进行子宫内膜微创术。结果研究组的着床率(23.75%)及临床妊娠率(40.26%)高于对照组(18.86%,30.16%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜微创术是否够提高IVF-ET患者的着床率及妊娠率,有待临床进一步研究。
Objective To investigate endometrial minimally invasive surgery on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer（IVF-ET） women with pregnancy outcome.Methods In vitro fertilization / intracytoplasmic sperm intracytoplasmic injection（IVF / ICSI） treatment of women,using long plan falls,according to whether the line endometrial minimally invasive surgery the patients were divided into the study group and the control group： in the study group（n=77）,study group after the demotion of menstruation in 1-3 days,and line endometrial minimally invasive operation was performed;In the control group（n=63）,there was no endometrial minimally invasive surgery performed.Results The study group（23.75%） of the implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate（40.26%） was higher than that in the control group（18.86%,30.16%）,but no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion endometrial minimally invasive surgery is enough to increase the implantation rate and pregnancy rate in IVF-ET patients.
