摘要
对高校科技创新能力的研究现状进行述评,基于2012—2016年我国《高等学校科技统计资料汇编》的统计数据,运用因子分析法,首先对河北省本科高校科技创新能力进行总体评价,然后对河北省34所公办本科院校在科技人力投入、获取科技经费和承担课题、科技产出、成果鉴定授奖等科技创新能力评价指标进行比较分析,总结河北省高校科技创新能力的现状,提炼科技资源配置存在的问题,提出提升河北省高校科技创新能力的"2+6"模式。
The paper reviews the research status of science and technology innovation ability of University based on the statistical data from Compilation of Statistical Data of Science and Technology about Universities in China from 2012 to 2016. Using the factor analysis method, the paper first evaluates the overall situation of science and technology innovation ability of universities in Hebei Province, then comparatively analyzes human input, the funds and evaluation subject, science and technology output, achievement appraisal in the 34 public universities in Hebei Province, summarizes the situation of＂ scientific and technological innovation ability of universities, extracts technology resource allocation problems, and puts forward ＂2＋6＂ mode to enhance the science and technology innovation ability in Hebei province.
