摘要
"投入性学习能力"是在"学习投入理论"基础上提出的一个新概念,指个体能积极、主动地全身心投入到学习对象中,并使复杂的学习活动顺利完成的个性心理特征。它是有效提升学习效果并使优秀学习者区分于众人的最具本质特征的关键能力。为改善卓越师范生学习状态,应着力培养其投入性学习能力。采用积极的情绪管理、概念体重构、真实的任务导向型研究性学习等策略,是自我决定论理论给我们的重要理论指导。
"Input learning ability" is a new concept proposed on the basis of "learning input theory". It refers to the individual psychological characteristics that individuals can actively and actively devote themselves to learning objects and make complex learning activities to be completed successfully. It is the key ability to effectively improve the learning effect and distinguish excellent learners from the most essential characteristics of the public. In order to improve the learning status of the outstanding students, we should cultivate their ability to study and study. It is an important theoretical guidance for us to adopt the strategies of positive emotion management, concept weight structure and real task oriented research.
