摘要
目的:探讨前列腺按摩液中锌离子浓度与慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者症状的相关性。方法:慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者154例作为观察组,性健康体检者60例作为对照组,取前列腺按摩液检测锌离子浓度、白细胞(WBC)计数和p H值,并进行慢性前列腺炎评分(CPSI)评定,分析锌离子浓度与前列腺按摩液中平均白细胞计数、p H值和CPSI评分的相关性。结果:观察组患者的锌离子浓度显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=15.088,P<0.001),观察组患者的WBC计数显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(Z=11.697,P<0.001),观察组患者的CPSI总分及疼痛、排尿症状、症状严重程度、生活质量4个分项评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);前列腺按摩液中的锌离子浓度与WBC计数呈显著的负相关(r=-0.285,P=0.014),与CPSI总分存在显著的负相关(r=-0.413,P<0.001),亦与CPSI的4个分项评分具有显著的负相关(P<0.001)。结论:慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者的前列腺按摩液锌离子浓度与慢性细菌性前列腺炎症状具有显著的相关性,可作为评估患者病情的参考指标。
[ Abstract] Objective： To study the correlation between zinc ion concentration in prostatic massage liquid and the symptom in patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods： A total of 154 patients with chronic prostatitis were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy male patients served as the control group. Zinc ion concentration, WBC counts and pH value in prostatic massage liquid were detected, and the chronic prostatitis score （CPSI） was used to evaluate the symptom, and the correlation of zinc ion concentration with the W^C count, pYI value and CPSI scores was analyzed. Results： The zinc ion concentration in the control group patients was significantly higher than the observation group, with significant difference （ t = 15. 088, P 〈0. 001 ）, the WBC count in observation group significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ Z = 11. 697, P 〈 0. 001 ）, the observation group＇s CPSI scores, including pain, micturition symptoms, severity of symptoms, and quality of life, were significantly higher than those of the control group, difference has statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The zinc ion concentration in prostatic massage liquid was negatively correlatedwith WBC count （r = -0. 285, P = 0. 014）, There was a significant negative correlation between zinc ion concentration and CPSI scores （ r = -0. 413, P 〈 0. 001 ） , the indicators of CPSI, and the severity of the pain, symptoms, quality of life had significant negative correlation with zinc ion concentration （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion： The zinc ion concentration in prostatic massage liquid is significantly related to the symptoms in the patients with chronic prostatitis, which can be taken as reference for the evaluation of disease condition.
