摘要
在分析高职生社会实践实效性评价现存问题的基础上,提出构建以培育工匠精神为目标的高职生社会实践实效性评价体系,根据高职生社会实践的五个环节设置了实践保障、实践规划、实践组织、实践控制、实践成果五个一级指标,每个一级指标下设三个二级指标及相应观察点,经计算得出高职生社会实践实效性评价指标权重,据此探讨了高职生社会实践中融入"工匠精神"培育的可行性和价值,并对基于工匠精神培育的高职生社会实践实效性评价体系的实际运行进行了思考。
On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of practical evaluation of social practice of highervocational students, this paper puts forward the evaluation system of practical effectiveness of social practiceof higher vocational students in order to cultivate the spirit of artisans. According to the five aspects of highervocational students’social practice, five levels of practice guarantee, practice planning, practice organization,implementation control and practice results are set. There are three second-level indicators and correspondingobservation points under each first-level indicator and the weight of evaluation index of practical effectivenessof social practice of higher vocational students is discussed. The feasibility and the value of integrating thespirit of craftsman into social practice of higher vocational students is discussed and the effectiveness of thisevaluation system is reflected upon.
