摘要
切削速度的选择,是发挥高速切削优势的决定性因素之一。如何科学选择切削速度是一个复杂的决策问题。考虑到决策者主观判断的模糊性,提出了一种基于模糊层次分析的高速切削速度优选方法。通过分析高速切削速度的影响因素,建立了一种两级结构多目标优化模型,为了较好地体现主观评价人员对于指标间重要关系的理解,采用三角模糊数建立判断矩阵求解权重值。结合某加工中心航空发动机涡轮叶片切削速度优选案例,验证了模糊层次分析法在高速切削速度优选中的可行性。
The choice of cutting speed is one of the decisive factors of high speed cutting. Howto select the cutting speed is a complex decision problem. Considering the fuzziness of the subjective judgment of the decision maker,a newmethod based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed. Through the analysis of factors affecting the cutting speed of high-speed cutting,the multi-objective optimization model is established for the two stage structure,in order to better reflect the subjective evaluation of staff understanding of the important relationship between the indicators,established by using triangle fuzzy number judgment matrix to solve the weight value. The feasibility of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( AHP) in the optimization of the high speed cutting speed is verified by a case study on the optimization of the cutting speed of the turbine blade.
