摘要
汽车操纵稳定性主观评价在整车开发与底盘调校过程中具有重要意义,但我国主观评价工程师水平相对落后,重要表现为对单项指标平分相对容易、整体性能打分比较困难。针对这一问题,基于已有主观评价体系建立层次结构模型,运用模糊层次分析法(Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,FAHP),确定各级指标权重系数。通过对传统层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP)的指标权重计算结果与FAHP所得结果的对比分析,证明FAHP方法应用的有效性和必要性。对8款车型进行主观评价试验,评车师对各车型底层指标进行主观评分,并将其与已确定的权重系数相结合,得到了操纵稳定性的总体性能评价结果。通过对各车型各指标得分及其对应权重系数的对比分析,提出车辆改进的方向,为整车开发过程中的定标、对标与底盘调校提供科学依据和参考作用。
Subjective evaluation of vehicle handling and stability plays a significant role in the process of vehicle developing and chassis tuning,while the level of our subjective evaluation is relatively backward.For our subjective evaluation engineers,it is easy to evaluate one property but difficult to rate the overall performance in practice.The hierarchy model is established and weights of subjective evaluation indexes are obtained based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP).Compared with the results getting from AHP,validity and necessity of using FAHP is proved.Results of overall performance are given with weights and scores of single indexes.Through the analysis of the scores of indexes and their weights,the proposal for improving the overall performance is given.The proposed method can provide a scientific reference for the benchmark and chassis turning.
