摘要
新时期下,随着我国教育体制的不断深化改革,高等教育也面临着改革与创新,思政教育作为高等教育的关键组成部分,可以有效提升当代大学生的政治素养、职业修养、道德品质以及人文情怀。近些年,思政教育逐渐受到公众和社会的高度重视,尤其针对医学生而言,思政教育能够丰富其知识结构和道德修养,对学生的未来职业发展具有积极意义。但是在传统的教育思维和教育方法的影响下,思政教育的质量难以有效提升,在此背景下,文章主要针对团体心理辅导对改善医学生思政课学习效能的作用进行分析和阐述,希望给予我国高等教育以参考和借鉴。
Under the new era, with the continuous deepening reform of education system in our country, higher education also faces with reform and innovation. As a key component of higher education, ideological and political education can efectively enhance the political literacy, professionalaccomplishment, moral character, and human feelings. In recent years, ideological and political education has been paid more and more attention by the public and the society. Especially for medical students, ideological and political education can enrich its knowledge structure and moral cultivation. The development has positive significance on career development for students in the future. However, under the infuence of the traditional methods of education and education, the quality of ideological and political education can not be effectively improved. Against this background, this paper mainly analyzes and expounds the role of group counseling in improving the learning efciency of ideological and political education for medical students, to give reference for higher education in our country.
