摘要
思想政治理论课供给侧改革正在成为思政工作改革的热点。思想政治理论课是素养类课程,其教学目的在于培养政治正确的有是非观、有责任感、有创新精神等优秀素养的人才,优质师资是保证教育目的实现的关键,师资建设则是供给侧改革的关键。思政课师资建设既是培养一流人才的需要,又是适应形势发展的需要。思政课师资建设应该充分发挥国家政策的支持效应,并应该把好入职关,强调教师的理想信念;把好师德关,加强教师的职业修养;以广博学识为基础,提升教师的教研能力;在给学生浓厚人文关怀中,实现教师的个人价值。
The supply-side reform of ideological and political course is becoming a hot topic in the reform of ideological andpolitical work. Ideological and political theory course is literacy class. The purpose is to cultivate people with good qualifications,such as political correctness, sense of non-sense, sense of responsibility and innovative spirit. Teachers＇ quality is the key to ensurethe realization of educational goals. Meanwhile, the construction of staff is also the key of supply-side reform. The construction ofideological and political education teachers is not only to cultivate first-class talents, but also to meet the needs of the developmentof the situation. The construction of teachers should fully use the support effect of national policies, and should put the good into thepost and emphasize the ideal faith of teachers. Teachers should be selected strictly in order to improve the professional cultivation;teachers＇ professional quality should be strengthened. Furthermore, teachers＇ teaching and research ability should be enhanced basedon extensive knowledge. Ultimately, the teachers＇ personal value will be achieved by giving students a strong humane care.
