摘要
全面放开知识产权专业本科教育在我国还只有几年的历史。如何培养合格的本科知识产权专业人才,国外没有可供借鉴的经验,国内还处于初步探索阶段。经实地调研发现,相关高校对知识产权人才的理解存在误区,在知识产权专业本科教育目标定位、课程设置以及师资供给等方面存在突出问题。在详细论证的基础上,论文提出了解决这些问题的具体对策与建议。
In China, there are onlya few years that IPR courses are provided for undergraduate students. We have no foreign experiences to borrow and have to carry out exploration in this regard on our own. Field investigation indicates that some institutes of higher learning have poor understanding towards IPR personnel, whereby they are facing with many problems in cultivating IPR students. The problems concern educational objectives, course design, and teaching staffs for undergraduate IPR students. The paper, based on careful argumentation, presents some detailed suggestions for solving the problems.
