摘要
目的:为提高白藜芦醇的溶解性和稳定性,制备醇质体包裹白藜芦醇,研究其抗氧化作用。方法:采用乙醇注入法制备白藜芦醇纳米醇质体,分别用DPPH自由基清除能力、ABTS自由基清除能力以及铁离子还原法(FRAP)来评价其体外抗氧化作用。结果:白藜芦醇纳米醇质体对DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率以及Fe SO4当量均高于白藜芦醇原料药。结论:纳米醇质体能增强白藜芦醇体外抗氧化能力。
Aim: In order to improve the solubility and stability of resveratrol, naneethosome was prepared to encapsulate resveratrol to study its anti-oxidation effect. Methods: Nanoethosomes loaded resveratrol were prepared by ethanol injection method. The anti-oxidative effects of resveratrol nanoethosomes in vitro were evaluated by DPPH free radical scavenging assay, ABTS free radical scavenging assay and ferrous reduction method (FRAP) respectively. Results: The results demonstrated that resveratrol nanoethosomes had higher clearance rate than free resveratrol on DPPH and ABTS. The FeSO4 equivalent of resveratrol nanoethosomes were also higher than free resveratrol. Conclusion: These results indicate that nanoethosomes can enhance the antioxidant capacity of resveratrol in vitro.
