摘要
染发过程产生的废水被称为染发废水,其具有有机物含量高、成分复杂、难生物降解、色度高等特点。而Fenton氧化法是一种高级化学氧化技术,其具有多种优点,可以用来处理染发废水。为了分析Fenton氧化法处理染发废水的效果,笔者通过试验研究了Fenton氧化法处理染发废水的影响因素。结果表明,Fenton试剂中的H2O2投加量、H_2O_2与FeSO_4的摩尔比、反应体系的初始pH值、反应时间等对染发废水中COD和色度的去除影响较大。
The waste water produced by the dyeing process is called dyeing wastewater, which has the characteristics of high organic content, complex composition, difficult biodegradation and high chroma. The Fenton oxidation method is a high-level chemical oxidation technology, which has a variety of advantages, can be used to deal with hair dye wastewater. In order to analyze the effect of Fenton oxidation on the dyeing wastewater, the influence of Fenton oxidation on the dyeing wastewater was studied. The results show that the molar ratio of H2O2 to FeSO4 in Fenton reagent, the initial p H value and reaction time of reaction system have a great influence on the removal of COD and chroma in the wastewater.
