摘要
阐述了采用气相色谱法加中心切割、反吹的方法测定高纯四氟化碳中的微量三氟化氮杂质,此方法可靠,操作简单。通过多次实验对过程中的分析条件进行优化,从而达到有效的色谱分离度。并对目前四氟化碳的生产制备及分析方法做了简单的描述。
This work described the determination of trace nitrogen trifluoride impurity in high purity carbon tetrafluoride by gas chromatography coupled with central cutting and backflushing.This method was reliable and easy to operate.The analysis conditions were optimized so as to achieve effective chromatographic resolution by repeated experiments.This work did a brief description of the production and analysis of carbon tetrafluoride at present.
