摘要
介绍了一种用放电离子化检测器(DID)分析三氟化氮中微量气相杂质的方法。利用阀切割技术对大量的三氟化氮主组分进行切割,避免其进入检测器系统,从而准确地分析出三氟化氮中杂质的含量。该法简便、快捷、准确度和精密度高。
A method for analyzing trace gaseous impurities in nitrogen trifluoride by discharge ionization detector(DID) is introduced.Large amount of main nitrogen trifluoride component was cut to avoid it entering into the detector system by valve cutting technique,so that the content of the impurities in nitrogen trifluoride can be analyzed accurately.The method is simple and fast,and possesses high accuracy and precision.
