摘要
通过改变进样管路和除水装置,得到最优的分析检测装置。运用测量系统分析(MSA)对三氟化氮分析检测装置的准确性、重复性和再现性进行评估,结果表明,三氟化氮含量测量系统中的重复性和再现性的误差比为4.59%,可区分类别数=22,测量系统可接受,从而可为后续三氟化氮分析检测装置的推广提供指导。
By changing the feeding pipeline and the water removal device,the optimal analysis and detection device was obtained.The accuracy,repeatability and reproducibility of the analysis and detection device for nitrogen trifluoride were evaluated by using the measurement system analysis(MSA).The results show that in the measurement system of the nitrogen trifluoride content,the error ratio of repeatability and reproducibility is 4.59%,and the distinguishable category number=22.The measurement system is acceptable,thus it can provide guidance for the subsequent promotion of analysis and detection device for nitrogen trifluoride.
