摘要
采用有限元分析方法从气缸温度场变化与螺栓预紧力两方面对BOG压缩机的3种启动方式进行分析比较。分析得出-160℃预冷启动过程的气缸最大温差和最大螺栓预紧力不均匀度分别为52℃和20.4%,因此该启动过程最为平稳;而-40℃预进气启动过程的两个指标分别是67℃和25.4%,启动过程最不平稳;直接启动介于二者之间。
Making use of finite element analysis to analyze and compare the BOG compressor' s three starting processes were implemented from the change of cylinder temperature field and the bolt preload distribution. The result shows that, as for the pre-cooling starting process at -160℃ , the cylinder' s maximal temperature difference and the bolt's maximal preload unevenness stay at 52℃ and 20.4% , respectively, and this starting process is the most stable; regarding to -40℃ pre-admission process, the cylinder' s maximal temperature difference and the bolt' s maximal preload unevenness stay at 67℃ and 25.4% , and this starting process is the most unstable. The direct starting process stays between them.
