摘要
曲轴作为发动机的关键零件,其焊接修复的效果直接影响发动机动态性能。因此对曲轴焊接修复效果进行预测,对实际工程有着重要意义。本文对曲轴径向裂纹损伤修复进行了有限元仿真,采用均匀体热源,应用生死单元方法模拟了曲轴焊接修复过程,得到了曲轴焊接修复过程中的温度场变化,再通过间接耦合的方法,得到了焊接后的残余应力场分布和变形情况,对曲轴焊接修复工艺有着很好的指导意义。
Crankshaft as the key parts of the engine,the welding repair effect directly affects the dynamic performance of the engine. Therefore,the prediction of the repair effect of crankshaft welding is of great significance tothe actual project. In this paper,the finite element simulation of crankshaft radial crack damage repair is carriedout. The uniform body heat source is applied to simulate the welding repair process of crankshaft. Get the changeof welding temperature field in the process of repairing,and then through the indirect coupling method,the welding residual stress distribution and deformation field. It has a good guiding significance for the welding repair technology of crankshaft.
