摘要
LNG接收站的功能是接收、储存和气化LNG,并通过管网向下游用户供气。由于在卸船时LNG进入储罐导致罐内LNG体积变化,以及环境温度、大气压变化、罐内泵电机运转等外界能量的输入,会产生大量的蒸发气(BOG)。为了维持储罐压力的稳定,必须处理掉过量的BOG。BOG压缩机作为BOG处理的核心设备,在LNG储运中起到重要作用。本文以某LNG项目为例,探讨BOG压缩机处理能力的计算方法以及选型。
The function of LNG terminal is to receive,stockpile and gasify LNG,and supply the natural gas to the downstream users through the pipe distribution network.A large quantity of boil off gas(BOG) is produced because of the LNG volume in tank variation by the ship being unloaded,the ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure variation and the energy input by the pump operation in the tank.In order to maintain the pressure in tank,the excess BOG must be removed.As the key equipment to remove the BOG,compressor plays an important role in the LNG storage and transport.This article discusses the processing capacity calculation and the type selection of BOG compressor taking a LNG project for example.
