摘要
为了分析温度变化对螺栓预紧力的影响,基于元件刚度建立了反映两者相互关系的数学模型。采用不同螺栓材料B8M、XM-19及35CrMo钢等对法兰螺栓连接系统的预紧力与温度变化的关系进行了理论计算,并与FEM仿真曲线进行了对比。结果表明:螺栓材料B8M、XM-19大于等于法兰与螺母材料FXM-19的热膨胀系数时,预紧力随温度降低呈线性递增,反之线性递减。螺栓材料35CrMo小于法兰、螺母材料FXM-19的热膨胀系数时,预紧力随温度降低呈线性递减,反之线性递增。理论公式与FEM仿真曲线相比误差在0.00%~6.72%以内。
For purpose of analyzing temperature variation influence on the bolt preload,having component stiffness based to establish a mathematical model for the relationship between them was implemented,in which,the relationship between pre-tightening force and temperature change of a flange bolt connection system was theoretically calculated by using different bolt materials,such as B8M,XM-19 and 35CrMo steel,and then compared with a FEM simulation curve.The results show that,when the thermal expansion coefficient of the bolt materials B8M and XM-19 is greater than or equal to that of the flange and nut material FXM-19,the pre-tightening force increases linearly with the decrease of temperature,and vice versa.When the bolt material 35CrMo has a lower thermal expansion coefficient than the flange and nut material FXM-19,the pre-tightening force decreases linearly with the decrease in temperature,and vice versa.The error between the theoretical formula and the FEM simulation curve is within 0.00%to 6.72%.
