摘要
北冬虫夏草是虫草属模式种,是一种药用真菌,其主要药用成分虫草菌素、虫草酸、虫草多糖等均高于冬虫夏草,现在可大规模工厂化生产。本文从栽培场所和季节选择、菌种选择及制作、栽培管理总结北冬虫夏草瓶栽栽培技术,同时介绍其产品品质标准,以实现北冬虫夏草的大规模高产工厂化生产。
Cordyceps militaris is a type species of Cordyceps, as a medicinal fungus.Its main medicinal ingredients （inclucling cordycepin, cordycepic acid ,cordyceps polysaecharides）are higher than Cordyceps sinensis.It can be large-scale factory production now. This paper summarized bottle cultivation techniques from selection of cultivation places and seasons ,selection and production of strain,cultivation and management,and introduced the quality standard of its products ,in order to achieve the large-scale and high-yield industrialization of Cordyceps militaris.
