摘要
探讨阅读工具包的含义及其对全民阅读的助推作用,发现我国公共图书馆阅读工具包存在的问题,即阅读工具包在民众中的认知度低下、内容设置不够科学、使用不够灵活便利、管理有待加强、免费发放造成资源浪费等。在此基础上,对我国公共图书馆发展阅读工具包提出对策:第一,采取形式多样的推广措施,提高阅读工具包认知度;第二,组建专业小组设置阅读工具包,增强内容的科学性;第三,建立完善的阅读工具包借阅体系,方便用户使用;第四,定期更新阅读工具包内容,加强管理力度;第五,合理回收阅读工具包,促进资源循环利用。
This paper elaborates the definition and the boosting effect of the reading kit,analyzes the problems of the development of the reading kit in the public library,that is,the recognition is low,the contents is not scientific,it is not flexible to use,the management should be strengthened,free access to reading tools causes the waste of resources and so on. On the basis of this,it puts forward some suggestions on the development of the reading kit of public libraries in China： firstly,take various forms of promotional measures to improve the awareness of reading kit; secondly,set up a professional team to set up reading tools; thirdly, establish a sound and user-friendly reading kit system; fourthly,regularly update the contents of the reading kit and strengthen management; fifthly,recycle the reading kits reasonablely and promote resource recycling use.
