摘要
汉民族和西方民族由于不同的文化传统、不同的生活习俗及不同的社会历史,在思维方式上存在较大的差异。从中西方社交语的几个方面研究这种差异,对提高跨文化交际,避免产生不必要的误解非常重要。
Language is the carrier of culture, and expressions are cream of a language. Expressions sometimes can reflect the special feathers of a language. Expressions can have an implied meaning, or use the same expressions denoting the different meanings. We can see the cultural differences between them, especially the states of mind. The study can help to have an effective understanding in cross - cuhural communications.
