摘要
本文在国家发展新工科的背景下,探讨教育部的"复旦共识"与"天大行动"内涵,充分分析化工行业发展对人才的需求,结合学校化学工程与工艺专业的实际,提出适合学校的、利用多学科交叉融合培养新工科创新型人才的新模式。
This paper, under the background of developing new engineering disciplines in China, discussed the connotation of "Fudan Consensus" and "Tianjin University Action", and analyzed the demands for chemical industry talents. Based on the reality of chemical engineering, it introduced a new model for universities, which integrates several disciplines fur training innovative and new engineering disciplines talents.
