摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对提高社区老人高血压患者用药依从性效果。方法:纳入社区2015年6月至2016年6月确诊为原发性高血压的患者100例作为对照组,采用常规的护理干预;2016年7月至2017年7月确诊为原发性高血压的患者100例作为观察组,在对照组的基础上采用健康教育干预。通过1个月的干预期后比较2组患者的服药依从性和血压的改善情况。结果:通过对老年高血压患者干预1个月之后,2组患者的血压均较干预前降低,且观察组的血压控制效果更佳,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组在1个月干预后服药及生活习惯等依从性明显优于干预前,且观察组的服药及生活习惯等依从性效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育干预可以明显改善社区高血压患者的血压,提高患者的服药依从性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of health education on improving drug compliance in elderly patients with hypertension in the community. Methods:A total of 100 patients diagnosed with essential hypertension from Jun 2015 to Jun 2016 in the community were enrolled as control group and received routine nursing intervention. A total of 100 patients diagnosed with essential hypertension from Jul 2016 to Jul 2017 were selected as observation group. Besides routine nursing intervention,the observation group was also treated with health education intervention. After one-month intervention period,the drug compliance and the blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results:After one-month intervention,the blood pressure in both groups decreased compared with that before intervention,and the blood pressure control in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After one-month intervention,the drug compliance and living habits in both groups were significantly improved than those before intervention,and those in the observation group was better(P<0.05). Conclusion:Health education intervention can significantly improve the blood pressure of patients with hypertension in community and improve their drug compliance.
