摘要
目的探究分析社区老年高血压患者的健康教育与慢性病管理护理成效.方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月期间我社区纳入的70例老年高血压患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组35例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施健康教育与慢性病管理护理,观察比较两组患者健康自主行为保持率、心率、血压水平.结果观察组患者健康自主行为保持率均高于对照组异(P<0.05);护理后,2组心率、舒张压、收缩压均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).结论社区老年高血压患者应用健康教育与慢性病管理护理,可提高患者健康自主行为保持率,改善心率、血压水平,促进血压水平趋于正常,实现较理想的护理效果.
Objective To explore and analyze the effectiveness of community health education and chronic disease management nursing care of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,70 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=35).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given health education and chronic disease management nursing.Results The observation and comparison of the two groups were all higher than the control group(P<0.05),the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education and chronic disease management nursing in community can improve the rate of keeping healthy independent behavior,improve the level of heart rate and blood pressure,and promote the level of blood pressure to be normal,to achieve a better nursing effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
