摘要
目的探讨社区随访干预对糖尿病患者血糖水平以及糖化血红蛋白的影响。方法本次研究对象共80例,是我院收治的糖尿病患者,选取时间段为2018年5月至2019年12月。其中40例患者接受常规随访干预,视为对照组;另外40例患者接受社区随访干预,视为观察组。比较观察两组患者随访干预前后血糖值、糖化血红蛋白水平以及生活质量变化。结果经过8个月随访干预后,观察组患者的血糖值以及糖化血红蛋白水平控制情况显著优于对照组,数据比较差异较大(P<0.05);同对照组相比,观察组患者的生活质量较优,数据比较差异较大(P<0.05)。结论定期进行社区随访干预,便于掌握糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况,且利于进行针对性的指导,对于改善患者的生活质量具有积极意义,值得大力推广。
Objective To explore the effect of community follow-up intervention on blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic patients.Methods The subjects of this study are 80 diabetes patients admitted to our hospital,and the selected period is from May 2018 to December 2019.Among them,40 patients received routine follow-up intervention,as the control group;the other 40 patients received community follow-up intervention,as the observation group.The changes of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and quality of life were observed before and after the intervention.Results After 8-month follow-up,the control of blood glucose value and HbA1c level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life in the observation group was better and the data was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular follow-up intervention in the community is conducive to mastering the blood glucose control of diabetic patients,and is conducive to targeted guidance,which has a positive significance for improving the quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
