摘要
当前,建设终身教育共同体成为了大力发展社区教育、推动学习型城市建设的新思路。以江苏常州为例,从开展终身教育共同体建设的动因入手,针对当前现状及其存在的问题,分析建设终身教育共同体的有效路径,并对管理机制、凝聚机制、共享机制、利益机制以及沟通机制等方面提出建议。
At present, the construction of lifelong education community has become a new way ofdeveloping community education and promoting the construction of learning cities. Taking Changzhou ofJiangsu Province as an example, the paper starts from the motivation to carry out the construction oflifelong education community. In view of the current situation and existing problems, the paper analyzesthe effective path to build lifelong education community, and puts forward suggestions for managementmechanism, cohesive mechanism, sharing mechanism, interest mechanism and communication mechanism.
