摘要 “双减”政策的提出是新时期教育高质量发展的必然选择,是教育改革向“深水区”推进的必经之路。面对减负后,学生自由时间增多,培养自我调节学习能力成为确保“双减”政策实施过程中减负不减质的重要举措。因此,针对当前中小学生自我调节学习过程中存在的问题,探讨制定相关实施策略,促进学生自我调节学习能力健康发展尤为重要。 The policy of “double reduction” is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of education in the new era,and it is a necessary path for education reform to advance to the “deep water area”.After the reduction of the burden,students’ free time increased,and the cultivation of self-regulated learning ability has become an important measure to ensure that the burden is reduced without reducing quality during the implementation of the policy.Therefore,in view of the existing problems in the process of self-regulated learning for primary and secondary school students,it is particularly important to explore and formulate relevant strategies to promote the healthy development of students’ self-regulated learning ability.
