摘要
课堂教学是借助教材媒介,与教师的教授活动、学生的学习活动三者之间的互动过程。是教师和学生在课堂教学情境中借助各种中介进行的认知、情感、态度、价值观等多方面的人际交往和相互作用的过程。有效互动的目标核心是通过有效互动或有效教学来促进学生的发展。教育心理学研究人员研究认为学生的性格特点对课堂师生互动影响非常大。文章从FPA视角,以学生性格为出发点,探讨如何在教学过程中巧用学生不同的性格特点,提高课堂互动效果,进而提升教学质量。
Classroom teaching,which use teaching material as medium,is the interactive process between teaching materials, teachers' activities and students' learning activities. It is the process of various interpersonal communication and interaction between teachers and students in the classroom teaching situation through the cognition, emotion, attitude and values. The target core of effective interaction is to promote students' development through effective interaction or effective teaching. The study of educational Psychology finds that students' personality characteristics have great influence on the interaction between teachers and students. This article from the perspective of FPA, use students' personality as starting point, discusses how to use students' different personality characteristics to improve the effect of classroom interaction, and enhance the teaching quality.
