摘要
为完善大学生心理健康教育课堂教学经验,不断提升该课程培养新时代创新人才的水准,我们在教学过程中总结出了"教-学-做"整合教学模式,即在教学过程中将教-学-做有机结合,让学生真正做"在做中学",让教师真正需做到"在做中教"。这一模式有效的促进了该课程教学改革,加深了大学生对心理健康的深切体会和感悟。
To perfect teaching experience of mental health education of university students and to improve the standard of cultivation of innovative talents,the integrated teaching mode "teaching-learning-doing" has been summarized.Teaching,learning and doing should be combined during the teaching progress,which makes students learn from doing and makes teachers teach from doing.This mode has promoted the teaching reform of the course effectively and has deepened the mental health experience and inspiration of university students.
