摘要
分析了机械类实践环节教学中存在的问题。基于工程教育理念,构建了机械设计制造及其自动化专业的课程体系与毕业要求支撑体系,依据毕业要求指标点优化教学内容,明确了实践环节的目的和要求。针对实践环节的教学方法和考核方法进行了改革探索,贯彻五段式教学方法,采用尺规法进行评价,培养学生的工程意识和项目管理能力,激发学生的学习主动性,培养学生的工程实践、创新能力以及学生的团队合作精神。基于OBE理念,以制造综合实践课程为例,采用尺规法进行评价,应用于教学质量持续改进。
The existing problems of practical teaching in mechanical related major are analyzed. Based on mechanical educationconcepts, the course and graduation requirement systems in two majors, mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation, areconstructed, teaching contents are optimized according to the index of graduation requirements, and the practical purposes and re-quirements are clear. The practical teaching and check methods are reformed and explored; the five-step teaching method is carriedout; the rule method is used for evaluation; engineering consciousness and project management skills are cultivated; students 'learninginitiatives are stimulated; students 'engineering practices, innovation abilities and their team spirits are cultivated. Based on OBE phi-losophy, the manufacturing comprehensive practical courses are taken as an example; rule methods are used for evaluation, andteaching qualities for continuous improvement are applied.
