摘要
"实践转向"的时代孕育使培养实践技能成为高师院校教育学公共课的重要主题。除了就业推动以外,教育学公共课在时间、指导、范围、效果上所具有的内在优势也是助推"实践转向"的重要原因。"实践转向"不是自动完成的,其有效开展要解决好定位、内容、权力和评价这"四大问题"。针对"四大问题",文章设计并实施了"五结合"策略:通过内容整合解决内容问题,通过能力定向和案例教学解决定位问题,通过学生参与解决权力问题,通过强化过程性评价解决评价问题。由此,对五门课程进行整合,专业技能进行定课培养,并实施模块化、案例性、参与式教学而创制了一套课前、课中、课后一体化培养师范生实践技能的教学模式。
The"practical transition"of the new era makes the training of practical skills become an important subject in the public course of pedagogy in normal colleges and universities. In addition to the promotion of employment,the internal advantages of pedagogy in the course of time,guidance,scope,effect are also important reasons to promote the "practical transition". The "practical transition"is not automatic,and its effective development needs to solve the four problems of positioning,content,power and evaluation.This paper designs and implements the strategy of"Five Combinations"for the"the four problems": By means of content integration to solve the content problem,by means of the ability to focus and case teaching to solve the problem of positioning,by means of the participation of students to solve the problem of power,by means of strengthening the process of evaluation to solve the evaluation problem. Therefore,through the integration of the five courses,and professional skills in training,and implementation of modular case,participatory teaching and cultivation of normal students' practical skills to create a set of pre-class,in class and after class integrated teaching mode.
