高职师范专业教育学课程模块化教学的探究

摘要 教育学课程是高职师范专业的重点课程,但随着高等职业教育规模的不断扩大,整体培训水平却达不到相应的标准,尤其是师范专业,存在课程目标模糊、教师团队薄弱等现象,不利于高职学生的发展。针对高职师范专业教育学课程存在的问题,提出了明确教育学课程的教学目标、建立实力过硬的教师团队、精选教学内容、完善考核机制的高职师范专业教育学模块化教学的应用策略,实现教学内容、课程设计和师资团队等方面的创新,促进学生全面发展。 Pedagogy courses are the key courses of higher vocational normal majors,but with the continuous expansion of higher vocational education,the overall training level has not reached the corresponding standards,especially for normal majors,where there are vague curriculum objectives and weak teacher teams,etc.Phenomenon,is not conducive to the development of vocational students.Aiming at the problems existing in the pedagogy courses of the higher vocational teachers,this paper puts forward the application strategy of the modular teaching of the higher vocational teachers’professional pedagogy,which is to clarify the teaching objectives of the pedagogy courses,establish a strong team of teachers,select the teaching contents,and improve the assessment mechanism.,to achieve innovation in teaching content,curriculum design and teaching staff,and promote the all-round development of students.
