摘要
人才培养模式是教育质量保证的核心问题,高职院校人才培养模式改革对现阶段提升核心竞争力具有重要意义。目前,我国高职院校存在人才培养目标不明确、受本科高校学科体系影响较大等问题。高职院校应在结合区域经济发展需要、灵活专业设置,明确职业本位的培养目标、强化职业道德培养,重构人才培养模式结构比例、确保人才培养的优质性等方面进行改革探索。
Talents cultivation mode is the core problem to guarantee educational quality,the reform of which has great significance for promoting core competence of vocational colleges.At present,there exist problems such as unclear cultivation goals and great influence by curriculum system in universities.Vocational colleges should conduct reform explorations based on regional economic development needs to set specialty flexibly,make clear cultivation goals,strengthen professional ethics cultivation,reconstruct cultivation mode and structure to guarantee cultivation quality.
