摘要
将探究式教学模式应用于"食品微生物学"实验课程教学中,通过调整基础性实验的顺序,探究"未知菌";通过设置问题情境探究实验原理、关键实验环节及实验现象的因果关系;通过自主选题、分组设计课内探究式实验项目,并结合课外科技创新开展综合性设计性实验。探究式教学模式的实践使学生从着重知识的积累和传承向知识的探究过程转变,从被动接受知识向主动获取知识转变,培养学生求实、严谨的科学态度和勇于探索、勇于创新的精神,提升了学生的综合实践技能,实验教学也取得了良好的效果。
Inquiry teaching methods were applied in the teaching process of Food Microbiology experiment,which were exploring the unknown bacteria through adjusting the order of foundational experiments,setting the problem situation to investigate the experimental principle,the key points of the procedure and the causality of the phenomena. The comprehensive design experiments were carried out through selecting and designing exploratory experiment projects in groups, combined with extracurricular innovation research. The teaching methods can change the core of students' study from overemphasizing the inheritance and accumulation of knowledge to the inquiring of knowledge,from receiving knowledge passively to learning knowledge actively. The methods developed honest scientific attitude and innovation spirit for the students. The practical skills of the students were enhanced,and the better results have been achieved in experiment teaching.
