摘要
工业CT(显微计算机断层扫描系统)能够生成被检铸件的断层扫描图像,并通过VG Studio软件重建铸件的三维模型,能够对铸件内部缺陷的空间位置、尺寸大小、孔隙率等进行测量;可以将三维图纸与三维模型进行尺寸比对,并进行偏差分析;根据三维拟合模型,借助逆向生成软件,可以实现对铸件图纸的逆向生成。简要介绍了工业CT的工作原理、最优扫描参数设定的依据、几种常见的铸件内部缺陷以及三维尺寸比对应用的实例分析。
