初创型中小企业众筹参与度与企业绩效——基于资源获取效果的中介效应研究 被引量:5

摘要 企业众筹的实践表明,众筹的功能已经从最初的融资,正在演变为获取多元化资源的方式。为了研究初创型中小企业的众筹行为对企业绩效带来的影响,笔者首先对众筹参与度进行界定,并采用量表从参与水平、互动程度、贡献程度和感情投入四个方面对众筹参与度进行测量;然后以资源获取效果为中介揭示了众筹参与度对企业绩效产生影响的内在机理和作用机制,并引入认知环境作为调节变量,研究了认知环境在众筹参与度与企业资源获取效果之间的调节作用;采用问卷调查法,以淘宝众筹平台为数据来源,对上述关系依次进行了实证检验。结果表明,众筹参与度对企业绩效有显著正向影响,且受到资源获取效果的完全中介作用;认知环境正向调节众筹参与度与资源获取效果之间的关系。研究结论有助于更深入地认识众筹对初创型中小企业的经济作用,可为促进中小企业发展和提升企业绩效提供参考。 The function of crowdfunding has evolved from initial financing to acquiring diversified resources. In order to study the relationship between crowdfunding involvement and performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in the early stage,this article firstly defines crowdfunding involvement and measures it by the means of scale from four aspects: the degree of involvement,interaction,contribution and the input of emotion. Secondly,resource acquisition is introduced as the mediating variable for the purpose of making known the internal mechanism between crowdfunding involvement and performance of enterprises; the moderating effect of cognitive environment between crowdfunding involvement and resource acquisition is studied as well. Finally,based on Taobao crowdfunding platform,the questionnaires are released and above relationships are carried out empirical test. The results indicates crowdfunding involvement has a significant positive effect on performance of enterprises and this relationship is fully mediated by resource acquisition. Cognitive environment promotes the positive effect between crowdfunding involvement and resource acquisition. The conclusions of this study can help to have a deep understanding of the significant impact caused by crowdfunding,it's good for promoting the development of SMEs and enhancing the performance of enterprises.
